I'm Molly Wichman that personal trainer in Lee's Summit who never stops demonstrating, even if it's your 50th time doing the basic exercise.. Think of me as your human exercise manual... with opinions.

My signature moves? The hand motions for pull-down and row (it's my trainer's love language).

Motioning "ONE MORE ROUND!" with my index finger making a circle…when you thought we were done.

Creating exercise names that exist only in my universe (Plank saw, Pinky curls, Those leg lift things... Yep, all mine)

And if you're not doing four rounds, are you even training? Three is acceptable, but four? That's where the magic happens.
